Sales Asst/Administrative Asst

  • Prepare  proposals & quotation for customers( per established template) in a timely manner
  • Quotes must prepared accurately( any discrepancies can be costly)
  • Prepare Parts and Supply request & quotes (very few suppliers)
  • FOLLOW-UP is the most critical part of this job
  • Communicating with existing & potential customers to ensure your quotes or request were received
  • Be extremely PRO-ACTIVE ( being able to assume the logical next steps in the process
  • Asking for help when needed ( uncertainly can be costly)
  • Be receptive to miscellaneous responsibilities as needed (everybody pitches in)
  • Being able to respond to the needs of trade shows (before, during and after)
  • Being  readily accessible to owners when they are traveling abroad
  • This position is a Temp to Perm position for the first 90 days
  • The salary is $10-11.00 per hour
  • Training will be given as needed (could be on-going for 90 days)
  • All vacations are awarded @ the end of the year between the Christmas and New Year holidays.
  • 1 week paid vacation earned after 6 months of employment (vacation is granted during the aforementioned time schedule)
  • Performance evaluations are done quarterly
  • 25% of health care contribution is paid by the company  after 1 year



General Office Clerk


  • Be responsible for answering the companies phones
  • Taking detail messages
  • Screening phone calls and making appropriate connections
  • Prepare all out-going packages i.e. DHL, USPS, UPS, FEDEX,
  • Prepare Facsimiles
  • Do all physical  office filing
  • Maintain general office maintenance & up keeps
  • Miscellaneous task as needed (everybody is expected to chip in to emerging office needs)
  • Replying to emails from  existing and  potential customers as well as internal office staff
  • Be able to maintain everyday data entry
  • Be familiar with the software  program ACT (being able to document every contact’s conversation and interaction) allowing companies principles to be update on existing and potential customers at all times remotely and internally
  • Maintain companies data base in a timely manner
  • Input all  potential leads from all trade shows immediately
  • Do required follow-up on all trade show leads
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office Access data base program (will be responsible for imputing data)
  • This position will be hired as a temp to perm position
  • There will be 1 week of training and on-going training as needed
  • The salary is between 9-10.00  per hour
  • References & background checks will be executed

Office Manager

  • Will need to possess a history of supervisory experience
  • Be fully bi-lingual ( reading, writing & speaking effectively in both English & Spanish
  • Be a good communicator with the ability to relay a message effectively to individuals at all levels.
  • Be a detail oriented person who is a quick study
  • Have superb follow-up skills with a willingness to get the job done correctly
  • Be willing to ask the necessary questions
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be flexible to changing office environment
  • Be accountable to owners
  • Will be responsible for 3 people
  • Will report to the General Manager and President
  • Analyze & modified the existing Employee manual
  • Maintain on-going negotiations with potential and existing customers
  • This position will start at a Temp to Perm rotation but is slated for permanency in 90 days
  • The starting salary is 30,000 with a review in 180 days( slight negotiation based on exp)
  • Training cycle is 1 week (person is expected to bring previous experience

Bookkeeping Asst

  • Will report to Office Manager
  • Must possess general knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Will be required to input purchase orders, money receipts, and invoices
  • Miscellaneous duties as needed( everyone pitches in)
  • Position is a Temp to Perm position for the 1st 90 days
  • Salary is $10-11.00 per hour
  • Position is scheduled for 30 hrs weekly
  • Performance evaluations are done quarterly
